Hello All,
The question may sound stupid since I haven't configured Lotus Notes mail server earlier. However, I wanted to know if the steps to configure Lotus Notes mail server with OTRS are different from the ones where we configure Exchange Server. Can you help pls?

It's just SMTP and POP3 or IMAP, so no difference
