Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to modify the default login page (the page which you will see if you type server address into browser, and shows "agent login", "customer login", and "FAQ") to have only "customer login" left.
Can someone kindly shows me how to do it? or if it's just a html file, please show me where the file locates?

That's right.
the default page is handled by apache server, not OTRS.
