Dear,
First of all sorry for my poor english ...
I have some trouble with OTRS 3, i add some free text that a customer should answer to post a ticket.
When i receive the ticket i can see in "Ticket Information" all the informations my customer give, but when i move this ticket to another File, there is only State, Lock, Priority, File, Client #, Time and owner.
I can't find anymore my previous freetext entered by my customer.
If anyone have some informations ...
