customet having no CC and BCC field

Hi

I want to add CC and BCC field , when customer send a request to addmin. and want to add a address book also. Please guide for the same.

it is not intended that the customer sends e-mails to other persons.

Hi

Thats true but sometime need to CC field to put some users in loop.

they can use E-Mail in this case and send a mail to OTRS and the Person which sould be in CC
