OTRS Windows upgrade from 2.4.7 with ITSM 2.1 to 3.0.4

Hello all,

I recently started the upgrade process from 2.4.7 with ITSM to 3.0 running on Windows. I have successfully performed the following tasks:

• Created a Database Dump
  Made a backup copy of Config.pm
  Made a backup copy of ZZZAuto.pm
  Ran the Windows uninstall for 2.4.7
  Rebooted (per the uninstaller)
  Installed the OTRS3.0.4 Windows install
  copied the config.pm file back to c:\program files\otrs\otrs\kernel

The next step according to the Youtube video and old instructions from 2.2 to 2.3 is to run the DBUpdate-to-3.0.mysql.sql database script. When running this script I get the following error: ERROR 1060 (42S21) at line 7: Duplicate column name 'archive_flag'

Does anyone have any ideas?

you forgot to delete the database otrs after installation of the new version.

But, OTRS 3.0 is available only without ITSM Modules at the moment, so you should not upgrade right now.
