Hi there

We have been evaluating OTRS - quite nice :)

We have only one small issue

Many of our customers have "Super Users" which is responsible for all their colleagues and they want to see all open tickets on the company, well the issue is - is there an easy way for this

Person X wants to see Person 1 Person 2 Person 3

But person 1-3 is only able to see their own tickets

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
