I'm a newbie and here is my need.
my organization is composed of multiple entities, with one support team on each.
what I do:
- create group for each entity
- create entity queues affected to entity group
- activate LDAP authentication for agents with groups affectation based on LDAP attributes
- activate LDAP authentication for customers
what I need :
- affect automatically customer to their entity queues (groups ?) based on LDAP attributes
Is it possible ? or do I need to use ACLs to restrict queues?
Any idea is welcome.
A second question : can someonecan explain me the interaction between Customer and CustomerCompany ?
