Hi All,
Situation: A customer sends an email to OTRS and cc to 5 associated persons. And the OTRS creates a new ticket for this customer. The 5 persons all "Reply ALL" the email (of course cc to otrs) and OTRS creates 5 duplicated tickets for the 5 persons.
My Question is, is there a way to merge the 5 emails to the oldest tickets automatically?
Does anyone know that please let me know.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
