Hi All,
We are planning to migrate otrs 2.2.5 (mysql) to otrs 2.4.9 (oracle)?
What would be the best approach?
Can anybody help me out?

Probably backup everything, mysqldump, etc...upgrade in two steps on mysql: 2.2 -> 2.3, 2.3 ->2.4.9
migrate mysql data to Oracle
adjust your config to point to Oracle.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Production migration was successful.(2.2.6 mysql to 2.4.9 oracle)
We used Oracle's sqldeveloper to migrate from mysql to oracle.
we had to write few lines of java code for base64 encoding of attachments.

Congradulations for successfull migration of OTRS from mysql to oracle.
We have serious issue here. please help us to resolve
old ticket body is not viewable in otrs system after migration to oracle from mysql. (used sqldeveloper to to migrate online data from mysql to oracle)
please give us some info about post migration and complete migration taks if any.
