add ticketnumber when printing attachments

dear all,

since I got no response in the german area I try here...

When we print an attackment (gif,jpg,pdf,doc) of a ticket,
we want to add the ticketnumber.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
do you have an idea how?
or maybe anyone already did that?

what are our possibilities?


I guess with a simple image it's easy,
but what about pdfs oder docs?

I'd recommend contacting OTRS for development. I doubt that will be a standard feature any more than tagging it in email is a standard feature of an email system.

Watermarking images may be reasonably trivial, though there is always the possibility of obscuring the image.
