confirmation of installed packages & ticket question

how do i confirm the installations of packages such as incident problem management, change management& service level management.

I don't see the any icons for it in the admin area

unless they go by a different name see below

also when you open a ticket how do you get the different fields populated see below

please fill your signature with OTRS Version, Modules and OS.

You should also read the ITSM Admin Book (doc.otrs.org)

so wahts your issue? the packages are installed. For further information please read ITSM Admin Book first.

I installed the packages. I just want to confirm that the installation went well.


I dont see the fields within a ticket populating


such as service,sla & type
