In OTRS 2.4.9 Import/Export link what is the right way ??

Friends

In OTRS 2.4.9 Import/Export feature Selected config item in Object dropdown and format as CSV and Created a config item .Then From Start import i selected a CSV file and imported . No error is shown . But the only problem is i am not able to see the Config Items . What is wrong in my side.
CSV file is correctly made aslo??
Please someone suggest the solution.
