Services/Groups and Customers

Hello, this is my first post and i really apreciate that anybody can help to solve my doubts

First: In a Group of Company asocciates in one place y need to control the Company Area and the company itselfs
and i dont know who do that in this version 3.0.4 (ITSM 3 beta)of OTRS

Second: Every time that i add a customer (I have many customers) is realy heavy take the time to select which service is taken,
soo if there are any form to group services that will be wonderfull

Hi There,

you can select Default Services that will be available to all customers. To do this go to Admin, Customers <-> Services and select Edit Default Services. Any ones you select will be available to all customers.
