When mail is fetched to OTRS, it displays wrong time (+1 hour) Created: 02/07/2011 16:19
I've enabled TimeZoneUser in otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSysConfig;Subaction=Edit;SysConfigSubGroup=Core::Time;SysConfigGroup=Framework
and TimeZone +1
Still when ticket recieved, its showing 1 hour ahead while it shouldn't! Date is correct on the server.

if your server runs in local time and you are usinfg a +1 for the timezone you'll get local time + 1
