Customer User Groups

Hi EveryOne,

I tried Customer User Groups mapping i am getting an error.

I tried this by clicking the Customer Users <-> Groups link in the OTRS admin section,
I am getting the following error while doing this.

Warning: Sorry, feature not active!
Comment: CustomerGroupSupport needs to be active in Kernel/Config.pm, read more about this
feature in the documentation. Take care!

I tried activating this feature, but cant get it done.

Any one please give me a suggestion to get this done.

search for CustomerGroupSupport in Sysconfig

Check out if it is really required. Many a times, we feel that we need to sync customers and groups. If you take care of designing the project data properly, you may realize that this may not be needed since customers don't get to see other's tickets anyway.
