Hi,
I have a problem with display name for my system email address.
I created a support@example.com account and then set "Support - Example" as display name. Recipients of my emails just see "support" in the sender field of their client (MS Outlook) instead of "Support - Example".
I set up the display name in Admin -> Email Settings -> Email Address.
Is this issue related to my configuration or is it a known bug? Should I do any other configuration steps?

Does this also happen on a NEW user profile that never sent a mail to OTRS and never selected this address?

In the end I found it was a problem with our active directory user settings, no problem on the OTRS front, so it's solved now, sorry for the useless thread.
Should I flag the thread as [Solved] in the subject or something?
