Hi,
There seems to be a glitch in the configuration which I've done.
Earlier I was able to change the owner & priority of the ticket from the agent dashboard. Also, I was able to close the ticket.
But now, I'm not able to do so. When I click on the submit button, it redirects to the same request page of change owner/priority/ticket-close. That means it isn't allowing me to change those parameters.
Could anyone please help me with what's wrong out here???
