Problem after upgrade itsm
Today upgrade itsm to 3.0 beta1,after that i experiencing some problems:
1、using close,note,Priority,Owner,Pending on ticket zoom,there Popup a windows and show
Software error:
Can't locate object method "OptionStrgHashRef" via package "Kernel::Output::HTML::Layout" at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Modules/****.pm
2、using Decision on ticket zoom,display 'an error occured'
Core.Agent.TicketAction is undefined

did you deleted all caches, rebuild config, restarted Apache and Webbrowser?

Yes i have run the script:otrs.RebuildConfig.pl otrs.DeleteCache.pl and restart web server and web browser,but the problem still there!

are the packages installed correctly (have a look at package manager)?
The error regarding "Decision" field is a bug and should be fixed in Beta 2

Yesterday I upgraded OTRS 3.0.4 ITSM 2.1.1 to OTRS 3.0.5 ITSM 3.0 Beta 2.
After that i get the following Error if i want to append a notice to or to finish
a ticket.
Software error:
Can't locate object method "OptionStrgHashRef" via package "Kernel::Output::HTML::Layout" at ../..//Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketClose.pm line 1020.
It seems this bug is not yet fixed in ITSM 3.0 Beta 2

I'm running OTRS 3.0.5 with ITSM 3.0 Beta 3.
The same error occurs when adding a note to a ticket.

Has there been any update on this? I'm experiencing the same error when I try to close a ticket. If I roll back, it works for about a day, and then pulls that same SOFTWARE error again without me changing anything.

I recently upgraded OTRS from version 2.3.4 to OTRS 3.0.5 step by step according to the upgrading manual (2.3.4 -> 2.4 -> 3.0.5).
During the upgrade process I also had to update the ITSM package from version 1.2.3 to 2.1.95
When I click on Free Fields in AgentTicketZoom I`m getting the same error message like post one now:
I already executed the Rebuild, DeleteCache scripts and restarted Apache and Webbrowser but without success.
The packages seem to be be installed correctly.
OTRS log and Apache log don`t provide more information.
All packages installed on my OTRS 3.0.5:
FAQ 2.0.2
GeneralCatalog 2.1.95
ITSMCore 2.1.95
Support 1.2.6
Survey 1.2.93
SystemMonitoring 2.2.1
Does anybody know the problem and how to fix it?
I really have to fix the problem and therefore I appreciate any help.

after two days debugging it seems to be that I just found the solution.
The solution can be found in chapter "Upgrading the OTRS Framework" of the OTRS 3.0 - Admin Manual (item 14)
In the sysconfig Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration of OTRS 3.0.5 I hat to reset all settings to their default value (not just the two of the manual)
After resetting the error message does not come anymore.
Nevertheless, thanks to everybody and I hope this post helps to solve the same problem.
