The setup scripts make setting up a MS SQL database incredibly easy! Thank you.
Question: When I run the first script, the one which creates the tables, I get the following warnings:
Warning! The maximum key length is 900 bytes. The index 'article_message_id' has maximum length of 3800 bytes. For some combination of large values, the insert/update operation will fail.

What is the implication of this? How can I rectify this?
