I was wondering if it is possible to edit the OTRS toolbar and disable certain features. I want to disable the option "New email ticket" and edit "New phone ticket" to just read "New ticket" instead. How can I go about to do this?
I use OTRS version 3.0.3.

Which interface do you want to use? The Phone ticket is to create a ticket without sending an email to the customer, and the Email ticket is to create a ticket and send a notification to the Customer of the new ticket.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

This would be for the agent interface. I want the users of the system in my organization to treat every incoming request as a phone request only and not send any outgoing emails to customers.

Has there been an update to this request? I would also like to simplify the process and only have a selection for 'New Ticket'
