Error: Need TypeID

Hi,

I am trying to add a new service, but 2 fields in the add service screen are missing.
These are 'Type' and 'Criticality'.

Hence since I cannot choose the type when adding a new service, it does not allow me to save.
An error: Need TypeID is displayed.

Can anyone help pls?

solved this problem by copying Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AdminService.dtl to our organisation's theme folder.
