Deletion of Tickets

By mistake tickets were deleted from the UI Generic Agents. Is there any way in restoring these tickets? Is this a hard delete from the db or soft delete? The concern was there was no warning that the deletion would occur.

They are really deleted. There is a really big and red warning in the Generic Agent Interface....
