Can anyone point me to the configuration Point where i can define which queues a customer can see? We just started and gave a Useraccount to a Customer through the normal "Customer Administration Panel". If the customer now creates a new ticket inside of his frontend, he can put the new ticket in every of the existing queues. But because we made a queue for every customer, we want to limit which queues he can see. Is there a simple configuration option we don't find, or are we using the queues wrong?
