Displaying the change builder's name accoriding to the chan

Friends,

We use OTRS 2.4.9 with ITSM 2.0.2 . When i created a change with login rani. So
rani is change builder for change and save it as template T1 . Now i logged in with
another account pavan . pavan used a template T1 and did some changes in description
and Justification of that change. So he have to become change builder of that
change but still rani's name is displayed at ChangeBuliders Name .
How to solve this problem ?? I tried by frontend but it is not possible.
Through coding how can i do that ??
