Hi all,

How to add an additional field like "Serial Number" in the customer interface, when the customer clicks on "New Ticket", please suggest, looking forward for your kind reply.

Yes you can via FreeFields. Please use Forum Search and Admin Documentation!

It's called Ticket (or Article) Free Text Field. You need to enable it
