Hi! I have run into a problem with one of the questions from my company's agents. In the status view/closed tickets, they would like to sort the tickets after the time when they were closed. Now they can only sort them after the total ticket age.
Does anyone know how to insert a new column in the status view with the time when the tickets were closed so that the agents can sort them after that? Or do anyone have another, better solution to this problem?
