Plz i need you're help on this
When i want to do some configuration on my SysCOnfig on OTRS3.0.6 i have this error:
"Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.10.1 OS: linux Time: Mon Mar 28 11:35:46 2011
Message: Can't write /opt/itsm/Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAAuto.pm: Permission denied!"
SysConfig doesn't work

In v3.0.x this is $OTRS_HOME/bin/otrs.SetPermissions.pl

Have a look at the Package Manager, whether this package has been correctly installed.
