Hello People Of OTRS,

I am here, like the forum.

Have problem, thats I dont knowe howe I can change the custumer panel.
At the start of the custumer panel see I een green banner with text, I want to change that, whant change the banner en the text, it that possible.

I read the documentation, but to difficult.

I hope there is a solution.

Hi Holland,

That's pretty simple. Just look in the directory

$OTRSHOME/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard

for Files named Customer*.dtl, e.g. CustomerHeader.dtl...

Edit these files to adapt the look of you Customer pages!

Yes, that's also possible.

Same location, all the files named COSTOMER*.dtl effect the appearance of the Costomer Panel sites...

Just don't forget to have a backup!

Best way is to copy the standard template an give it a new name.
So you cant overwrite your changes if you update otrs with new version...

I have make a change, a little bit, but howe can I make a good layout(professional) for the customer??

No Tutorials, of a step by step documents.
