Hi,
we are using the CustomerCompany feature. Therefor alle Customer have the same CustomerID. Because of this in the agent interface (e.x. in AgentTicketPhone) the count of open tickets is always the count of the companies tickets.
Has anyone a hint for me, where to customize for getting the users open ticket count here?
