[gelöst] Einer "Antwort" eine e-Mail Adresse zuordnen

Hi,
ist es möglich einer selbstdefinierten "Antwort" die ich einer Queue zugeordnet habe auch eine e-Mail Adresse zuzuweisen, sodass wenn ich die Antwort anklicke und sie ausfülle sie standardmäßig an diese e-Mail Adresse geschickt wird?
