spam email?

I know in admin page- postmaster filter to filter the spam mail

In filter condition the header I can choose x-spam flag,x-spam level and x-spam status , I just want to know that how the OTRS will know which ticket is a spam mail ?
fedora 5.0, OTRS 3.0.6

you can search for values in the heades of an email. So you'll need a SPAM Filter like spamassassin, which scans the mails before they are routed to OTRS

but we don't know the email is whether spam email or normal email, so how i filter out the spam email and normal email ?

You'llneed an external SPAM Filter which is tagging the emails before they will be routed to OTRS.

Can I know what is the different between of X-SPAM-Flag,X-SPAM-Level and X-SPAM-Status? in addition, what should I put in the value of each of the X-SPAM?

oscar: SpamAssassin is supposed to tag the email with x-spam-* That is the program that will give you the answer. OTRS merely checks if spamassassin (as an example) tagged the email, then you can use PostMasterFilter to do something.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
