Namespace Core.UI.Dialog could not be initialized, because C

After I installed OTRS 3.07 i became an error. I could not load the installer.pl.
In the background of the Error i see the Installer with the OTRS Adresses, but cant do anything.

OTRS was not yet installed, the errors appear when I would call installer.pl.

I then tested OTRS 3.06 - the same error!
The permissions I have set several times, the user created and the ". / bin / otrsRebuildConfig.pl"can help here, because OTRS is still NOT installed.

My Perl version is: 5.10.0
The Perl modules that are needed have been installed.

Now I try to call installer.pl:

    2. Namespace Core.Form.Validate could not be initialized, because Core.UI.Dialog could not be found.
    3. Namespace Core.UI.Dialog could not be initialized, because Core.Config could not be found.
    4. Namespace Core.Agent could not be initialized, because Core.Form.Validate could not be found.

It would be very nice if someone can help me here from you - now i have all the 5. time trying and do not know where will be the error.

i used this manual from OTRS:

there didn`t came an error or problem, all seems to be good so far.
