Hi All,

Can we configure generic agent ( new job) to unlock tickets?

maybe, but you can also unlock tickets after a set amount of time (per queue)
Unlock timeout minutes: 1

0 = no unlock - 24 hours = 1440 minutes - Only business hours are counted.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
