Hi,
We are using OTRS 3.0.6 and just installed ITSM bundle 3.0.2.
To test the change management out, I went to an existing ticket and changed its type to RfC. Then on the menu I select "Create Change"
At this point I get an "Insufficient Rights - No Permission to use this frontend module!"
Now Ive checked the Sysconfig > ITSM Change Management > Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
There are no blank groups in there, and I have "rw" permissions for all of the itsm-xxx groups.
What could be causing this?
