Synching Customers and Agents

Is there any way to sync Agent account db information into the Customer account db??

Some of our services can be requested by out IT team (agents) and since Services are only available to Customers I must duplicate certain Agent account in the Customer db. Is there a way to sync them without overwriting true customers ?!

Easy workaround would be to use generic account but not an option as this does not allow to track agent requests separately.

We haven't implemented Change requests yet but I am assuming that RFCs are working the same way?!

What are you using to maintain the database of the Agents? If LDAP/AD, you should be able to add (multiple back ends) the agent lookup as a customer lookup.

True but we are not ... we are manually maintaining Agent / Customer accounts via the admin interface.
No connection to LDAP or such directory structure, not an option in our environment.

We are not a big shop,+- 20 Agents, +- 40 Customers (including agents)
