How to remove Field "Type" from customer portal

Hello,

I just started to use OTRS system and I want to create simple New ticket form. And I have stuck on the problem that I can't find where is the located Type field. My system is OTRS 3.0.7 with newest ITSM.

In the Admin Config I couldn't find the this option.

Google also not helped a lot. Maybe someone can give me a hint?

You can turn of the entire feature if you want ?!

SysConfig > Core::Ticket >> Ticket::Type --> choose 'No' (default value is 'Yes'

However this will also remove it from the agent webinterface, is this what you need/want?
OTRS 3.0.7 with MySQL on Windows server 2003 r2 server with AD integration for customers.
