You can either set the ticket to state 'pending auto close' or add a generic agent as you did.
Can you give more information on what you did with your GA, since I do this a lot (close tickets from GA, like system messages after a couple of days).

Is your crontab up and running?

To run it every ten minutes you need to select all values in this box, since this is realted to its time in hours, not an interval.
Also make sure that your crontab is filled correctly to run your generic agent (DB) every ten minutes.
Make sure this job is set to 'valid'! What happens in case you run it manually?

When saving the GenericAgent, what does it tell you how many tickets are affected?

You may have missed the part where you were told to choose *every* minute choice. Think about it. Why is there a 50? It means 50 minutes after the hour.

In your case there are 6 tickets in this queue, but none selected for closing. Your ticket search just does not find these tickets using yout search options.

1. Unselect priorities, since you select all of them.
2. Is 'dahlia' really the OWNER of these tickets? Remove this for a test and retry.
3. Remove 'ticket lock' from search, since you select all of them.

Set Ticket:
1. It does not make sense to set tickets to another priority when closing.
2. Why do you set the same queue as new queue? Does not make sense, either.
3. It would make sense to unlock tickets, when closed in some environments.

thank guy , I had solve my problem

the reason is because the 'dahlia' not the owner of the 'Servermail' queue, so I remove it already, now it will auto close ticket within every 10 minute.

thank for your guy keep helping me, appreciate it :D
