RSS Feed Options

I have moved RSS in the config from:

'Block' => 'ContentSmall' to 'Block' => 'ContentLarge'

However, the title entries are still truncated down to the Small width. Is there a way to expand the text so that it displays the full headline instead of just a short snippet of text?

There appear to be options to have the posting date of the news article included as well but I can't find the exact variables to enable them. Any suggestions? The data in Appendix B on doc.otrs.org don't elaborate on anything beyond the default options.
