Can I know what is the problem of my OTRS ?

Probably, there is no login.pl in /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin.

How come ? but I found the file in the file?

It's some custom file? In OTRS 3.0.7 I didn't found it.

There is no such file. You activated some settings in Sysconfig to switch this on (without any need to do so...). So you should delete this entry from ZZZAuto.pm
