When creating a ticket using Arabic as frontend language the ticket
Subject text appears corrupted when displaying in Agent Dashboard.
Changing LogModule::SysLog::Charset from UTF-8 to iso-8859-1
works fine for the body text but "Subject" text remains corrupted, e.g.
Subject: ÈÑäÇãÌ äíÑæ
Switching language to English or German works fine for both, body and Subject.
Any idea?

I'm running OTRS in UTF-8 and have absolutelly no problems with Arabic

maybe the problem is in browser encoding .. did you check it ?
