adding fields CustomerTicketMessage
is it possible to add additional fields to the " Customer Ticket Message " to issue new ticket for a specific product ( for example specific CobfigItem# @ CMDB) ? it would be nice if we can add combo boxes for ITSM ConfigItems# selection.
