[SOLVED] ERROR- NEED MODULE

Post by alfar »

Hello,

I have upgraded from 2.4.9 to 3.0.6
OTRS 3.0.6 on Ubuntu

When i change something in my agent and apply (the changes are made properly), it says:
Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.10.1 OS: linux Time: Fri Apr 29 00:46:38 2011

Message: Need module!

Module: ModPerl::RegistryCooker::default_handler (v1.89) Line: 170
Module: ModPerl::Registry::handler (v1.99) Line: 31

I have checked Support Assessment and it gives everything in green, except LOGS, where was found above errors:
Check log for error log entries.
You have more error log entries: Need module!, Need module!, Need module!, Need module!

Can anybody help me with that ??

Doesn't seem to be anything we could help with, except perhaps knowing what modules you had prior to upgrade...
Calendar? FAQ? ITSM?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Could a google help ?

http://www.mail-archive.com/otrs@otrs.org/msg26099.html

-snip-
it looks like you did not use scripts/DBUpdate-to-2.4*.sql and scripts/ DBUpdate-to-2.4.pl or did you? I guess you did it on a beta package before? That's fine.

It looks like your new config files got not initialisiert.

Is it working now after executing "bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl" (as OTRS user) or clicking on "SysConfig" in Admin-Area? Is it working now?
-snip-
and the answer from the one having problem:
-snip-
(note: I did this: sudo su - then su otrs then perl
/opt/otrs/bin/otrs.RebuildConfig.pl & tested & perfect)

I had TimeAccountig, FAQ, Survey, Master Slave, Support installed.

I have installed all above on the 3.0.7 and have the same problem.
How can i find which module is missing ??

Is there any information in config file about modules, maybe i could see what modules are in it ??

Thank's for help
