Customer can't attach word file in IE 6

Hello,

I have installed 3.0.8 on ubuntu. We have about 600 users using Internet Explorer 6. When they try to create a new ticket and attach a word file( 1 page doc) in IE 6.o, they can not attach a file. I tested this with IE 8.0 and there was no problem attaching file to new ticket. But IE 6.0 file does not attach and no new ticket is created. Is there any solution for this? I installed FF 3.6 and no problem.

IE6 is not supported in OTRS 3.
