Hi,
I wanna attach a file to the customer profile, like a picture or a pdf file to store some additional informations. I saw in the documentation, that we can add some fields to the database and the customer page/form. But, is that possible to add a binary field, to store a file ?
I have to make a report for my boss, to prove that OTRS is better than the actual ticketing system, but we need to adjust OTRS functionalities to the business needs.
