OTRS webmail folder issue

Hello Guys,

I installed the webmail module for OTRS and i can see there is one tab called folder.... I assume by using that option i can add more folder like trash etc. but unfortunately I am not able to use such type of feature there .......

Is this bug or I am doing some thing wrong ?

please guide me ...

you need to create the IMAP Folders with another mail client.

Please be aware that the webmal module is not supported from version 3.0 on and that there won't be any bugfixing or develeopment any more on this module!

first of all thanks for guiding me...

JOJO i have one doubt ... i think i IMAP folder already there, because I am able to see my mails in inbox (in OTRS's webmail)...

second thing can you guide me how to create IMAP folders ?

JOJO actually problem is that I don't have folder called sent-mail , draft, trash etc. ... so in that case is anyone send mail then there is no record...

use a static mail client like Thunderbird to create the Subfolders in Inbox!

how can I use Thunderbird in OTRS's webmail feature ?

The mailbox you are showing looks like the main mainbox which should be imported by OTRS and never directly be used by an human! Thunderbird is an external client you need to install on your PC not part of OTRS!

As the webmail features (which could be used to read your personal mailbox) is not supported any more you should switch to another one
