Stats fail when selecting fields

I have installed 3.0.7 on linux. When I select any field in the "stat detail" frame and I press start it does not filter the output and returns all the data as if I would had selected "fixed" when I created the report. I did not face this problem in the windows environment. I would appreciate your help.

In my effort to find a solution I installed in CentOS the PDF::API2 and the dejavu-lgc-fonts and the problem does not appear any more. It seems to me that perl PDF if not installed will create this problem. In windows the pdf module is installed this is why I did not have a problem.
