Hi,
I got an problem when I am creating a new ticket. The numbers in OTRS are offset by two or three numbers in the list. For example 242294 shows up in the list as 242291. Appreciate your any help!!!

Offset between which variables? TicketNumber, TicketID, etc.?
Where do you get these values from?
