I am new to OTRS....
I have a newly installed version of 3.0.9 on CentOS 6.0. I am having several issues, but at this moment, I am curious on about how to edit tickets.
I am creating tickets via email and everything seems to work (although not perfectly). However, when I open my tickets for editing, I cannot edit certain parameters such as the type, status, criticality, and priority. How does an agent set these parameters for a ticket?

To set priority, you have to click on "Priority" in the ticket menu, you can change the state when you "answer" a ticket.
