This is my first post and I´m configuring an Internal OTRS to and it is working fine, but I have a doubt. When I write an Internal or external note the field where I enter the time spent on ticket is general.
I need to control how much time was used in business hours and after work hours.
I am thinking in implement on the internal/external note a custom field with Begin and end time.
Anybody can give me some guidelines how to implement this modification
