I just installed OTRS 3.0.9 on my windows xp.While installation,i skipped mailconfiguration part and now after installation when i try to reply , i am getting following error

Read the documentation. Explore SysConfig. Search SysConfig for "mail" or "email"
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Please tell us how you configured your mail configuration in SysConfig.

let me elaborate if someone else would find it useful
Open SysConfig through Admin .There is a Search field and just enter Sendmail" .You will get the search results and open the correct one.Just select the optons from the dropdowns.(for eg:select SMTP or SMTPS).Also specify port and host mail address.
